Oops. I was guessing. I always guess she, cause most Rpers I meet are female. My bad. In that case, he is working on...something. But yeah, go ahead and make a mage for group 2!
i editted my last post a bit to put Maghatch in a different city, so don't include me in the Sanatis city posts guys, just a head up lol.
so you are mage?!?!?! im excited and a little smug at the same time lol... excited cuz i want to see what your mage is like, and smug because, well, Maghatch is gonna whopp his behind, lol. xD
I am beginning to suspect that my style of roleplaying is very different from the style that has developed here. It will be fun to see how I change to fit, and how much you guys change and grow as well. That being said, no character is definite until posted up. As you have all figured out, I am never satisfied with the first draft. And since you are writers as well as roleplayers, I expect a lot out of you guys! So please refrain from declarations about who would beat whom, or who would "pair up well" with another character. Trust me, you have no idea what is in store for these groups. MWAHAHAHAHAH. Also try for quantity over quality in most length, character profiles and frequency of posts, mmks?
I'd like to confirm that I am in fact male. Also, is the 'rogue' position indicative of the character's personality/history or is it moreof the archetype of the bow and dagger using class? If the latter is the case, then retrospective dibs on magic user. Although if Ex really wants it I could make do with rogue, though I'd want to do a bit of a hybrid (half magic user, if possible)
so...just a question cuz i already have a char...could a support player be like a hedge witch or something? i think that'd be cool, lol. and if a poet were to come along ont he trip...Maghatch would definitely rib them for not being actually useful to the journey ha.
oh...i wouldn't say...not useful. "I may not fight with sword or spear, But rather with a quill and Lyre! Enemy's fall before my might. Then we can bid them farewell, goodnight."
I like the minstrel/poet we have. He is very useful. Sometimes knowledge and a skill with words is of more value that combat ability or magical prowess. Crumpet - my apologies and my mistake. The rogue character, in my mind, is more indicative of the character's basic profession/personality. When I say Rogue, I mean thief, assassin, spy, anyone who is morally bankrupt, or morally compromised. Like I suggested that an Apostate Priest could be a rogue, because, by definition, such a priest would have been caste out of his/her order. Technically any sort of criminal or questionable character would work. Mercenaries, exiles also fit, but only if it stretches a bit... And there can be multiple magic users per group; the main magic user is the primary mage; secondary magic users have to have a primary purpose, like being ...something else in addition to being a magic user. If that makes sense.
Alright, our minstrel is up! Lets see...hm. Current update on available characters - Group One - Rogue - Pending final revision Group Two - Magic User - Pending Revision Rogue - Tentative dibs? ((Crumpet!?)) Support - No idea Anyone who does not yet have an approved character, wants to dibs one or is working on one, please let me know so I don't promise the same spot to two people! I would hate to do that!
Exzalia, im getting mad at you. i want you to revise your char template already so murasaki can post it and you can put up your first post, geez!! lol
i know but i want to read his posts lol...i wanna check out the conpetition basically haha. and im interested what his character will be like, call it proffesional jealousy between mages... xD
