Oh I didn't consider the Nox clouds. I assumed that there was an ever present small amount of Nox, even if not lethal everywhere. Sorry for that, I'll take care from now on
I realize there isn't Nox in the castle, but William is still suspicious of it. I hope that clears up any confusion in my post (if there is any)

this is were things get intresting your about to encounter your first puzzle. In my next post I will detail the puzzle, seeing as it is the first puzzle I should be easy but the first one to solve it will get 20 points. Now would be a good time to refresh you on points. you need 100 points to level up, when you level the amount of points you need to level again will increas by 100. Now the most annoying aert of my RPG is keeping track of points on your character, I have made it as easy I as know, all points will be in tens, so it will be easy to add up, I will try my best to keep track of all points characters earn, but I am asking you keep track of your points too. Just write them some where, this is to avoid any miscounts I may do. Also, the first battle is coming soon, for battles the disscusion forum will be important, I will post battle info like any status conditions or field affects you may have, exsample. Your attacked while in a Nox cloud, all players take 10% damage every combat post. Your life will be a percentage, all life at full will be 100% if your character takes significant damage I will post it here exsample Tess takes 30% damage. Tess is now poisened, Tess will take 10% damage every post. try to keep track of your life, I will try keeping track too. Okay lastly I know we can get over eager, when I post an enemy I will often say This creature attcks every two posts so if My creature attacks, I will wait two posts then post my creature attacking again. I know this may lead to allot of re editing due to 5 people posting at once, but I'll make it work, also my posts may be short to keep up with it being 7 against 1 And remeber, two novice spells per combat post, a mininum two posts for one adept spell If this system does not work I'll scracth it...phew lets test out this all these systems then

Er... if the cross is engraved into the door, I guess you could try tracing the cross or something. If it's an actual cross hanging on the door, maybe you spin it or remove it?
River offered up the idea of combing to two elements rather than using one on the door. But your solution seems more realistic, Warp.
