    Law school in america

Discussion in 'Research' started by html-dragons, Feb 7, 2018.

What sort of holidays/time off do you get in law school in America? is it just one big break in the summer or does class go on smaller breaks at other points in the year as well? Would people generally go home to their families for the holidays?

Is the culture basically the same as college? like, is it typical to stay in dorms? do people still party a lot? are fraternities still a thing?

We had summer off. The semester break around Christmas/New Year. Thanksgiving. Spring Break.

Summer may be spent working as a summer associate with a company or law firm if you can get the job, generally after second year.

I don’t remember other holidays of any length offhand.
