A Reminder

I just want to remind everyone here if you notice certain members posting obscene posts or spam or anything thats insulting please use the report post button. As mods we get to act quicker if you contineu to report post on the annouying habits of certain people or spammers.

I've posted this post in the lounge because i know you all visit the lounge when you log in so you'll all see this.

How about making it a sticky thread? It would allow other members who haven't visited the forum yet, to view it later today or perhaps later in the week. Otherwise, I fear it might just vanish with the weight of the other threads piling up on top of it. Just a thought.

 

I think having this as a sticky is a good idea actually. THat way no one will miss it at all.

It's already stickied in the Site Announcements. What more do we need, a permanent page banner?

Plainly we do, since so many people (myself included) seem to have missed it...

To add to what Raven said, please use the Report Post icon (the little red bordered triangle with the exclamation point) INSTEAD of responding to the post.

Giving them more attention doesn't help, and when the offending post is removed, your responses will generally be removed at the same time.

If a moderator is online, sending a PM to him or her also will usually result in faster action.

This doesn't need stickying we have enough stickys for this nature. This thread is just a gentle reminder sometimes the forum recieves alot of junk and junk postings its just helpful if everyone can use the report post button. It helps us clean the junk up and alerts us to flames and etc.
