A holy number has been reached in the Short Stories category and so before I defile it, I wanted to preserve this moment forever in this thread: It's also just a little joke, nothing serious.
PIN of the beast. PIN number (sorry, a pet hate of mine) would be 'Personal Identification Number number'
Is it better if I admit that I do it on purpose? I must langle! I piss Grammarly off intentionally at times.
I just love what is happening in here and I agree with every single bit of it, but as a non-native speaker, what does it mean to langle?
Look underneath @Some Guy's avatar picture. He's a language mangler, meaning one who langles manguage. If he didn't mangle the language so much, it would say language mangler. Please don't mistake that (or many other things he says) as actual English.
It's usually three digits (666). Does the fourth digit mean he/she/they is an overachiever or just merely overcompensating?
As a man of culture I am fully aware that the truest and the one and only number is the 666, but the more the merier, amirite?
Ordinary people have PINs, but The Beast can have a PIN number, or even a #PIN number# if it wants, for "Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?"
