Hello I'm S. L. Stevens and I have decided to join this forum in it's comprehensive community to all things writing. In my own personal style I enjoy using science fiction as a means of communicating how I see our modern world as well as creating emotionally impactful characters that connect with the human heart. I'm eager to share with this community a novel that struggles with PTSD, family values, and the horrors of war while looking critically at the institutions that instigate hate and bloodshed entitled Jacob's Ladder.
