I'am new here but i guess most are on this page is anyone else here attemting to write a book? (daft q i know in a writers forum but you never know!) anybody else board?

Hello, AJB, and welcome to the Writing Forums.

Some, but not by any means all, members of this forum are writing or have written novels. Many focus on poems or short stories and other less ambitious works.

Take a tour around the forums, and you'll get to know the members here, and what the site has to offer. We have general chats to get to know one another and stretch our skills with word games, we have weekly writing competitions, and we have role playing games. We also have a set of forums called Writing Issues, focusing on difficulties encountered or resolved in writing or publishing. Finally, we have the Review Room, where members practice reviewing other members' work and eventually, when they understand the process, post samples of their own work to be picked apart.

What you said was Latin, but I haven't a clue what it means

 

Its starts I reckon 'We are born, we live .. ' but then you've got me beat save for actually trying Google but it's too early for work. Oh and like Banzai said I'd be surprised if that's not Latin.

By the looks of things you have already which is wonderful to see
