I am new to this forum. I am in my early thirties and though i have always enjoyed writing, I have not done any fun fiction writing since college, but I have an idea for a horror fantasy novel. I have a partial outline, and a few hundred words down so far. I think my biggest challenges is going to be my grammar and sentence structures, and my ability, or lack there of, to properly translate my overactive imagination into a readable story. So, I am just looking for a place where i can bounce ideas off of people and get a little encouragement, advice, and constructive criticism. Thanks All!
Welcome, welcome, Threaver! Always nice to see new faces around here! I'm sure you will not be disappointed by the community here and that it will exceed your expectations. (It sure did for me, I'm damn much more addicted to this site than to sites like Facebook )
Welcome to the Forum. I totally understand about the overactive imagination. It was a chore to try to slow down my writing because I have a tendency to get ahead of myself. It's important to keep everybody on board. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for here. Lots of great advice and constructive criticism.
This is exactly that place! Welcome to the forum! Please read the rules, participate, and have buckets of the fun!
