Allowed? It's greatly encouraged! Actually the rules here are that you need to post two critiques of others work for every one you post of your own, and you can only post your own after twenty posts and only fourteen days. Ninety days is for access to collaboration forum, for those asking for critiques on work they'd rather not post in public, or are simply too large. Yeah you can offer critique and the rules are to critique at least two posts before posting one of your own.
