My name is Jon Ray Couch and I am a normal guy who one day wants to become a fiction writer of epic fantasy.

For as long as I can remember I've loved any and all forms of fantasy and I am absolutely in love with comics, anime and the like. Since I was about twelve years old I've wanted to create my own fantasy stories but I didn't know what media to work in but over the years I've chosen to pursue something in comics and graphic novels as I am convinced that the emotion and depth of my writing can only be expressed with art that can be incorporated into my work.

My writing skills aren't up to par with a lot of the more creative writers and I do need to bush up on my skills. I tend to get writers block as I am actually writing or typing out the basics of any of my stories but I'm hoping to improve my skills as much as I can as I'm deeply passionate about what I want to do.

I'm starting from nothing pretty much and I'm in a situation in life where anything I plan to do with my future may seem unlikely but I keep promising myself not to let the social standards of living and the fluctuating economy get to me. I want to tell my stories to others who love fantasy and my ultimate goal is for praise in my work and the heart I put into my work.
