Killing time before heading to work. Go in at 9 on the weekends instead of 8:30 used to love the time to sleep in. Now that I`m trying to keep my sleep schedule consistent....I don`t know what to do with this extra time..... I hate awkward amounts of time. Already annoying how lunch is still at 11 and you don`t seem to get as much work done before lunch. Gonna be a busy day today to, wrestling people leave hockey players to come in. All hands on deck, March begins in chaos.

The snow ended up stopping and melting away yesterday but I just felt exhausted...not sure why I didn`t do absolutely anything...but with today being what it is work wise decided against going out. Probably the responsible choice...still feel like life`s slipping away...idk. It`s a new month new things ahead.

Going to marathon The Addams Family (TV show) and see
what I can do to be creative. Windy as hell out, and I am in
    kinda a funk. :) :(

I'm working on short story #1's outline (and procrastinating on homework). It's long for a short story, but I believe the max word count for a short story is 7,500 words. I could be wrong, but it gives me an excuse to outline away. I'm still in the brainstorming stage for short story #2, so I might bullet some ideas and see those take me.

I think anything under 50k (Novella) is considered a short story. :)

I thought I could edit my post to add what I said (and add a missing word ), but I guess I don't have those permissions yet.

Anyway, I found the source of my claim that a short story is about 7,500 words. Here's the link for those interested. I guess it's a standardized way to measure manuscripts in the publishing industry. Of course, it's just a measurement and fiction writing varies in word count, but I found that it helped me get a sense of length. But! I appreciate your input, Cave Troll :D

You actually pushed me to clarify my post. My thanks!

Yes, as a new member you are only able to edit your posts for about 25 minutes ...then the editing facility closes. (It's an anti-spam measure ...never mind how that works! Trade secret.) Once you reach full Member status, then you have unlimited access to the editing processes on your posts. Welcome to the forum, by the way... :)

Writing a deaf-mute character and slowly getting a better handle on how to write said POV without it being jarring or confusing. Yay! :D

It was meant to be tongue in cheek. I don't apologise for being in an inconvenient relationship. It's our inconvenience, not anyone else's. :p

Created a grazzy, breezy, crickety, mildy cicada-ie, occasional kookaburra-ie ambient track to listen to as I write my story.

    Also, editing.

Listening to, and sometimes watching, a bunch of workmen outside putting in the foundation for the extension we're building on our house. It's pouring rain here and 41 degrees Fahrenheit (5 Celsius). I'm glad I'm not them - I hate being cold and wet.

Anyone bothers you about it, just tip them over and run away. Metaphorically or not. Your happiness is what matters, not someone else who can't mind their own.

S'cuse me while I go stare at the corner and mumble to myself now.

Making lunch, and continuing the marathon I started.
Waiting from my little art project to set, but at least
it is nearly completed since I epoxied it together. :)

Actively counting each full and pregnant second until the 20th of March. I simply sit and meditate as I feel each second sort of tighten against the sphincter of time. I feel it's pressure build. Then I feel them popping into existence, replacing the previous second, only for the next second to prepare itself.
That is what I am doing and will be doing...for some time.

Waiting for the online chat with the cell phone company. Only needed the burner for a week or so, now I need to make sure I don't keep getting billed for it.

I'm currently juggling homework, brainstorming/outlining, and the forums.

I didn't think I would find so much distractions the moment I started homework... (I swear, I'll get it tonight!)

Watching gameplay demo videos for Baldur`s Gate 3 white eating supper after work. It`s still March Madness at work probably will be for some time. No real-time for any special projects tonight sadly, ended up getting distracted by youtube last night. Lot of projects building up in my head, hopefully, I get a chance to mold them.

So much going on this month, still need to put an RO request in for Saint Patrick's day. Plus get me a Shamrock Shake...it`s March.

A bit of white board photographing with one light and no reflectors or diffusers + something more creative things.

(White board photographing is almost the lowest level of photographing you still can call photographing instead off just taking snapshots.)

Some self studying among multi format writing & producing.

    Eating muesli with talkkuna. (Kama?)

Soon hard and dirty work with important things.
